Qualifications :
- J.D. and / or LL.M. from an ABA-accredited law school
- Admission to the California Bar
- Experience handling corporate and business transactions, entity formation, business startups, and general business matters.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Ability to collaborate effectively in a team setting
- Minimum billable hour requirement : 1,850 per year
