A respected law firm is looking for a Litigation Associate with a minimum of two years’ defense experience to join its San Francisco, CA office. The ideal candidate will have a background in commercial litigation, general liability, professional liability (with emphasis on healthcare, specialty care, and senior living), products liability, human trafficking and sexual abuse cases, mass torts, and / or class actions.
Qualifications :
- Minimum of 2 years experience in defense litigation
- Background in commercial litigation, general liability, and professional liability
- Experience in healthcare, specialty care, and senior living litigation
- Knowledge of products liability, human trafficking, and sexual abuse litigation
- Familiarity with mass torts and / or class action cases
- Strong analytical, research, and writing skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
- Licensed to practice law and in good standing in California
