75,000 β $100,000, depending on qualifications and experience.

Work Expectations & Schedule :
This position requires regular physical presence in the office at least 3x per week, or more, depending on business needs or firm policy.
Candidate Parameters :
Bachelor's Degree required.
5-10 years of administrative legal experience in a litigation practice.
Comprehensive knowledge of litigation practice, including e-filing in federal and state courts.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and comfort with technology.
Self-starter with exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to maintain composure and manage priorities effectively in high-pressure situations.
Strong follow-up and follow-through skills.
Discretion when handling confidential matters.
Ability to work overtime as needed.
Responsibilities :
Provide administrative support to attorneys as part of the legal support team.
Assist attorneys with all phases of litigation, including motion practice, discovery, trial, and post-trial.
Edit and format documents and pleadings, including motions, memoranda, subpoenas, and agreements.
Prepare and process electronic filings in federal and state court.
Organize pre-trial activities, including preparation of witness binders, trial exhibits, and coordination of depositions.
Maintain and organize case files and monitor docket calendars.
Manage attorney calendars, scheduling meetings, teleconferences, and travel arrangements.
Provide excellent telephone coverage, manage high call volume, and distribute messages appropriately.
Build strong client relationships through courteous communication with clients and co-workers.
Support day-to-day duties such as faxing, filing, copying, and messenger services.
Handle attorney expense reports and time entries via Chrome River and Intapp systems.
Assist with partner billing matters and prepare correspondence and presentation materials.
Keep a pulse on the job market with advanced job matching technology.
