Shift : Full-time | Monday-Friday | 3 PM - 11 PM

The Role :
We need a reliable, goal-oriented leader with a strong work ethic and excellent communication skills. This is a hands-on supervisory position, ensuring daily operations run smoothly, maintaining production efficiency, and enforcing safety standards. Key Responsibilities :
- Lead and oversee plant operations, ensuring production runs efficiently.
- Maintain and ensure the proper use of tools and equipment.
- Order and manage shop supplies as needed.
- Monitor and enforce quality control standards.
- Train and support employees to improve productivity and performance.
- Maintain accurate production reports and workflow tracking.
- Enforce company policies, safety protocols, and compliance with industry standards.
- Conduct daily Safety Toolbox Meetings to ensure a safe workplace.
- Maintain organization and cleanliness in the shop.
What You Need to Succeed :
Forklift Certification (Preferred, must obtain upon hire if not certified).
