New Fund Accountant Opportunity at a global investment firm in NYC. They have over 10 billion in assets under management. They're in the office 3x a week with great hours, unbelievable benefits, and good PTO.
Responsibilities:
- Collaboration with Administrator on NAV Calculation and Financial Reporting
- Reconcile positions and cash balances
- Assist with tax-related matters
- Handle monthly or quarterly investor allocations
- Prepare and review quarterly financial statements, and oversee annual audit process
- Coordinate with the valuation team
- Prepare supporting materials for the valuation committee by analyzing portfolio pricing
- Assist in the development of sound policies and procedures
- Contribute to the implementation and testing of new technologies and enhancements to existing accounting systems
- Investor Relations & Marketing
- Process subscriptions, redemptions, contributions, and distributions
- Prepare investor deliverables and handle ad-hoc inquiries
- Collaborate with external service providers
- Regulatory Reporting
Requirements:
2-4 Years of Audit Experience with Fund Clients or Combo Fund Accountant
Salary : $125,000 - $135,000
