Operational Strategy Consultant Private Markets

Our client, a leading investment advisory firm, is seeking a Senior Asset Servicing Lead to join their team. This role involves enhancing operational processes, integrating advanced technology, and aligning strategies to support private market investments. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise across Private Credit, Private Equity, Infrastructure, and Real Estate and experience in asset servicing at organizations such as insurance companies, pensions, endowments, or fund administrators. This is a remote position with occasional travel.

Responsibilities Include:

• Provide strategic direction for the asset servicing team, ensuring alignment with broader organizational goals.
• Utilize private markets expertise to support decision-making and enhance operational performance.
• Oversee the implementation of advanced tools like Chronograph to streamline data management and reporting.

Requirements:

• 10-20 years of experience in private markets, with a strong understanding of asset servicing operations.
• Expertise in Private Credit, Private Equity, Infrastructure, and Real Estate.
• A track record of success in similar roles within insurance companies, pension funds, endowments, or fund administrators.
• Familiarity with implementing and optimizing data and reporting platforms like Chronograph.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven ability to manage relationships and drive cross-functional initiatives.
