Key Responsibilities
Front Desk Operations:
- Greet and assist visitors and clients with a warm, professional attitude.
- Answer and direct phone calls, take accurate messages, and ensure timely follow-up.
- Manage and maintain the office’s reception area, ensuring it is tidy and welcoming at all times.
Administrative Support:
- Handle scheduling, meetings, and appointments as required.
- Coordinate and manage office supplies and maintain an inventory of office items.
- Assist with administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and document management.
Customer Service:
- Act as the primary point of contact for both internal and external parties.
- Respond to inquiries, resolve minor issues, and provide exceptional customer service to all visitors and employees.
Collaboration and Communication:
- Work closely with colleagues to ensure smooth communication across departments.
- Provide support for meetings, events, and office functions as needed.
General Office Assistance:
- Assist with mail and package deliveries, ensuring proper distribution.

Qualifications & Skills
Experience:
- Previous experience in a receptionist, front-of-house, or customer service role preferred.
