Our client, a Global Law Firm is seeking a Data & Reporting Analyst to join their team. This individual will be responsible for data management for the firm's applicant tracking system. Responsibilities include data entry, conducting data reconciliation, and document processing. The ideal candidate will have 1 years of data entry experience from a professional services firm. Candidates must have experience with Pivot Tables and VLOOKUPS.
Responsibilities Include:
- Collaborating with IT and other administrative departments to resolve complex issues and test solutions
- Conducting audits to ensure data integrity
- Maintain detailed records and documentation of data entry activities, including source documents and any modifications made
Requirements:
- Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines
- Bachelor’s degree
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders
