Mission Yogurt, Inc. is seeking Managers for Etai's Bakery Café at Denver International Airport. Etai’s Bakery Café utilizes fresh, natural ingredients in its fresh artisan breads, made-to-order salads, large selection of cold and hot sandwiches and more. An abundance of vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free options are available, as are fresh fruit, yogurt and desserts. For those in a hurry, a wide array of freshly-made “grab-n-go” items are available as well. A full service bar features numerous beers on tap and by the bottle, including many local and gluten-free options, as well as signature cocktails and 10 varieties of absinthe from around the world.
POSITION SUMMARY

What We Are Looking For:
- Candidates who: possess at least two years of restaurant management experience;
- Delivers superior food and beverage service and maximizes customer satisfaction;

- Adheres to Mission Yogurt's safety, sanitation, and cleanliness policies and practices;
- Ensures all operating and quality standards are met;
- Upholds a professional and ethical management style and presentation;
- Assesses work-related issues in a professional manner and exercises honest, non-bias judgment;
- Ensures safety and security of both guests and team members.
- All Mission Yogurt employees must be fully vaccinated for COVID-19. All persons offered a position will be required to provide valid proof of vaccination prior to starting employment. JOB SKILLS
- Fluent in health department inspections;
- Strong grasp of food cost, financials, and inventory control;
- Establish open lines of communication between all managers;
- Responsible for daily fiscal management;
- Participate in coaching, counseling, training, and development for managers;
- Frequently communicate with Human Resources and Payroll teams to enforce company policies and procedures
