Job Summary : We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Delivery Lead to oversee and manage the successful execution of projects and services, ensuring the delivery of high-quality solutions that meet client requirements. The Delivery Lead will work across multiple teams, ensuring the integration of technical expertise in cloud engineering, data engineering, machine learning, or generative AI to deliver exceptional solutions. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership, resource management, and technical skills to drive project success in these rapidly evolving technologies.
Key Responsibilities :
- Project Delivery Management :
Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex technical projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
Manage and allocate resources across multiple projects based on priorities and team expertise, ensuring optimal utilization of talent.
Maintain close relationships with clients to ensure clear communication and alignment of expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
Provide oversight on technical aspects of projects, ensuring the integration of cloud engineering, data engineering, machine learning, or generative AI best practices.
Identify potential risks and proactively manage mitigation strategies.
Drive process improvements to enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and overall project delivery quality.
Required Skills and Qualifications :
Expertise in cloud engineering on AWS Cloud.
Proven experience in leading and managing technical teams, driving successful delivery in a fast-paced environment.
Demonstrated experience with Agile / Scrum project management methodologies.
Ability to quickly identify and resolve project issues and risks, maintaining progress toward successful delivery.
