The Corporate Trainer is an integral role that will analyze needs, design, develop, implement, facilitate, and evaluate professional training and development programs for the workforce. The Trainer will support the development of an expansive curriculum that creates growth and development opportunities that align with organizational goals. In addition, the position will provide internal consultancy to the organization, individual managers and employees to raise the performance and results capabilities of the workforce while reinforcing a learning culture. This role reports directly to the Training & Development Director and collaborates closely with HR Business Partners and Business Leaders across the company.

Essential Functions for this role include:

• Design and Execute Training Programs: Collaborate with key stakeholders to design effective learning programs and lead their implementation, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
• Onboarding New Hires: Create and execute onboarding training for new hires to ensure a strong foundation and understanding of the business.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with teams to understand specific learning needs and deliver creative solutions for customized training initiatives. Attend live meetings and industry-relevant training sessions, fostering strong relationships with SMEs and key stakeholders while enhancing product knowledge.
• Compliance and Mandatory Training: Ensure the timely delivery of annual compliance training and other required organizational learning.
• Project Management: Use project management practices to effectively lead multiple projects to completion.
• Leadership Development: Design and deliver leadership development programs and solutions, equipping current and future leaders with the skills and capabilities to drive organizational success.
• Industry Awareness: Stay current on trends and best practices in learning and leadership development, ensuring strategy and programs remain innovative, effective, and future-focused.
• Assessment & Measurement: Use assessment tools to identify skills gaps and develop targeted learning solutions. Develop training curricula and implement business solutions while measuring effectiveness through established metrics.
• Training Delivery: Deliver high-quality, instructor-led training sessions (both in-person and virtual) tailored to diverse learner profiles and skill levels, ensuring active engagement and understanding.

If you have the following skills, we encourage you to apply:

• 4 years of training and development experience required.
• Strong presentation and facilitation skills, comfortable speaking to groups of various sizes.
• Experience in creating engaging training content using various formats and technologies.
• Proficient in using Learning Management Systems (LMS) and other training tools.
• Strong analytical skills to assess training effectiveness and make data-driven improvements.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing situations while maintaining attention to detail.
• Strong organization, time management, and project management skills.
• A passion for learning and a commitment to the continuous development of self and others.
• Experience in the financial services/retirement plan industry is preferred. 

• Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) or Professional in Human Resources or (PHR) designation, preferred.

• Certification in instructional design is a plus.
