Seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Administrative Supervisor to oversee daily operations and support Firmwide initiatives in the Los Angeles office. This role, reporting to the Director of Business Operations, is responsible for managing administrative functions, supervising staff, and ensuring seamless office operations.

Seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Administrative Supervisor to oversee daily operations and support Firmwide initiatives in the Los Angeles office. This role, reporting to the Director of Business Operations, is responsible for managing administrative functions, supervising staff, and ensuring seamless office operations.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate workflow, resources, and priorities across administrative departments.
- Oversee daily operations for Client Service Specialists, Paralegals, Office Services, Records, Facilities, and Reception.
- Execute office projects, moves, maintenance, security, and resource management initiatives.
- Plan and manage office events, including orientations and integration activities for associates and staff.
- Participate in hiring processes and budget control within assigned departments.
- Act as a liaison with internal teams and external vendors, maintaining key relationships.
- Maintain administrative records, generate reports, and update systems as needed.
- Work beyond scheduled hours when required.
- At least 6 years of experience in a professional services or legal environment.
- At least 2 years of supervisory experience (preferred).
- Bachelor’s degree (preferred).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and knowledge of office administration best practices, preferably in a legal setting.
