Senior Marketing Analyst
Supports the development of paid marketing efforts through data-driven strategies and analysis. Works cross-functionally with Marketing and Analytics teams to analyze marketing campaigns, customer communication channels, and inbound marketing strategies. Provides insights and recommendations to optimize marketing performance and lifecycle management.
Responsibilities:
Senior Marketing Analyst
Supports the development of paid marketing efforts through data-driven strategies and analysis. Works cross-functionally with Marketing and Analytics teams to analyze marketing campaigns, customer communication channels, and inbound marketing strategies. Provides insights and recommendations to optimize marketing performance and lifecycle management.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement marketing analytics strategies aligned with business goals.
- Analyze performance across Television, Search, Social, Email, and Display/Video advertising.
- Conduct exploratory analysis to generate insights, identify opportunities, and improve marketing spend effectiveness.
- Design and execute A/B tests to optimize marketing campaigns and refine strategies.
- Manage attribution tools and models across all channels.
- Create reports and maintain dashboards to visualize key business metrics.
- Ensure data accuracy through QA audits and validation of marketing datasets.
- 5 years’ experience in performance marketing analytics, preferably in the financial industry.
- Proficiency in SQL; Python preferred.
- Experience with Google Analytics 4, Google APIs, and Ad Marketing Platforms (Google, Meta, etc.).
- Familiarity with CRM, Marketing Automation, A/B testing, and Campaign Analytics. SalesForce experience is ideal.
- Strong skills in Power BI, DAX, data modeling, and Excel.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
