MissionVet is a rapidly growing specialty and emergency hospital. We provide advanced care for San Antonio pets on a referral basis from primary care veterinarians. Our staff of Client Service Specialists/ Our Call Center Service Representatives will greet and check in clients, answer phones, check out, organize medical records, and contribute towards general marketing of the practice.
The successful candidate will be required to answer a high demand of incoming calls using a multi-line phone system, schedule appointments, operate basic office machines, process payments, reconcile payments, utilize Microsoft Outlook, and organize files.
We need individuals who are quick thinkers, thrive in a fast paced environment, and multitask effectively.
This is a fulltime position, currently we are seeking for a variety of shifts which include weekdays, weekend days, and for all evening shifts.
A high school diploma and a flexible schedule is required. Ideally, two years of medical, veterinary, or dental office client service is recommended, but not required. Follow the directions for uploading your resume and cover letter.'
