Job Description
The Senior Development Lead plays a pivotal role in overseeing the development process, from initial assessment to project completion. This involves strategic planning, team management, and coordination with key stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead project acquisition teams in assessing site potential, managing due diligence consultants, and ensuring timely completion of necessary permits.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Oversee design consultants to create comprehensive data center designs that meet regulatory requirements and stakeholder expectations.
- Manage utilities infrastructure, ensuring feasibility, cost-effectiveness, and timely implementation.
- Support team efforts in preparing responses to RFQs/RFPs for tenants and facilitate communication with local authorities and utilities as needed.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil/Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, or related field.
- 6 years of experience in development, project management, or design management.
- Strong problem-solving, organizational, and multi-tasking skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Experience managing third-party consultants and working within tight deadlines.
