About the Company - MissionXI are proud to be recruiting for a Project Executive to lead white-space and retrofit Data Center activities for a General Contractor based out of Atlanta Georgia! Our client operates across the Mid-Atlantic and South-East, supporting every kind of owner and operator in the establishment and construction of new hyper-scale, campus and enterprise Data Center - taking care of everything from site selection to preconstruction to construction and commissioning.
About the Role - We are searching for Project Execs with 10 years of experience in Mission Critical or Data Center projects, managing multiple programs simultaneously and large workforces of internal and subco employees.
Responsibilities
- Lead all aspects of data center construction projects. Including planning, budgeting, workforce management, conflict resolution, workflow control and change management.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, representing the general contractor during the project lifecycle and participating in RFI / RFP / tendering process
- Manage the contracts for major projects, including negotiations and bidding out pieces of work to relevant local subcontractors and niche specialists.
- Identify and assess project risks and implement mitigation strategies.
- Lead and coordinate the work of the project team, ensuring motivation and productivity stays high

Pay range and compensation package - $190-220k bonus profit-sharing (and additional benefits such as Medical / Dental Insurance, 401k matching, tuition reimbursement and much more)
