We are looking for an HR assistant to support our recruiting and onboarding activities at our assessment center located in Tupelo, MS. The HR Assistant will be responsible for scheduling calls, and interviews, onboarding, and reporting. Your assistance will help us hire efficiently while maintaining a seamless hiring process.Responsibilities include but are not limited to :
- Coordinate Hiring activities
- Undertake Clerical duties such as filing, scanning, and data entry.
- Process and review employment applications and resumes to evaluate the qualifications and eligibility of the applicants.
- Process all new hire paperwork including orientation.
- Setting up interview appointments and aiding in conducting interviews when needed.
- Assist in researching recruiting trends.
- Answer incoming calls.
- Maintain candidate database.
- Enthusiastically greet and assist candidates onsite and on the phone.
- Responsible for onboarding newly hired employees.
- Conduct employment verifications and reference checks.
- May need to attend Job fairs or other company events.
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism.
- Assist with reporting needs.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- Proven experience in recruiting or office assistant roles
