Position Summary:

Receivers make sure customers have a great experience by ensuring deliveries have been properly received
and organized to allow for efficient stocking of product. They also help to ensure customers are greeted, offer
timely and friendly service, maintain a clean, well-stocked and faced department for a positive shopping
experience.

Their main duties include helping customers, receiving and stocking product, making products look attractive,
health and safety standards, and general store support.

This role requires excellent customer service, strong communication, attention to detail, problem solving,
intercultural competence, adaptability, initiative, self-awareness, resiliency, judgment, reliability, basic math
and computer skills.

Location: 622 Selby Ave, Saint Paul, MN, 55104

Schedule: 5 shifts per week, 6am-2pm. Shifts may vary with 35-40 hour workweeks.

Physical and Working Requirements:

The position involves frequent stationary tasks, along with regular movement within the grocery and storage
areas. Frequent positioning is required to access both low and high shelving, equipment, and products. The
job also entails the frequent movement of containers weighing up to 60 lbs. Receivers frequently handle
packaged grocery items and may frequently ascend/descend a ladder to reach high shelving. Receivers will
utilize various equipment including but not limited to pallet jacks, lifts, a baler, computers, and printers. This
role requires exchanging accurate information in person, over the phone, and through email and other written
communication. Additionally, Receivers will frequently work in a walk-in cooler and freezer and be exposed to
sanitizer, cleaning products, and loud noises.
