he Director of Retirement Living is responsible for the daily operations of Independent Living. Duties include but are not limited to: budget preparation and compliance; planning and implementation of resident services; marketing and leasing of units; coordination of dietary, maintenance, housekeeping, activities and chaplain services and other duties as directed by supervisor. Must prepare and present board reports.

inimum Qualifications A
t least three years experience in a supervisory capacity, with some experience in housing management, administration and/or social services; basic computer skills; must be able to communicate effectively, both written and orally, with all levels of the organization; experience with budget preparation, strategic planning and personnel management preferred; experience in accepted accounting practices beneficial.
