Position Function :
Assists in the day-to-day operations of the football office by assisting the Associate AD / Football Administration with non-coaching activities.
Salary Grade : 13

Essential Duties and Responsibilities :
1. Assist the Associate AD / Football Administration with non-coaching football operations duties.
2. Serves as travel advance designee for all football related activities.
3. Assists with maintaining a student-athlete parent database.
4. Collaborate with recruiting staff during new player transition and serve as point of contact for player families once matriculated to MSU.
5. Coordinate player family pre-game events.
6. Provides a full range of professional administrative support for the football program.
7. Manages TeamWorks online database.
8. Works in conjunction with nutrition for all student-athlete related meals.
9. Perform related duties as assigned.
Supervisory Responsibility : Student managers

Minimum Qualifications :
- Education : Bachelor's in related field
- Experience : 1 year related field
