As a Hospitality Team Member, you will play a key role in providing exceptional service to large groups utilizing our party spaces. Duties/Responsibilities:
Hospitality: Primary duties include, but are not limited to:
Preparation and cleaning of party spaces prior to the guest's arrival
Welcoming and assisting event guests
Servicing all guest's needs in the realms of dinner service, beverages, clean up, etc.
Building relationships and interacting with guests
Restocking, and cleaning.
Most importantly, the Hospitality staff must buy-in and foster a culture of service that positively engages with guests, ensures efficiency and action in all responsibilities, and creates joyous memories for all.
Required Skills/Abilities:
Food safety knowledge.
Server or Cocktail experience.
Excellent verbal communication skills.
Excellent interpersonal skills.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.
Must be 18 years of age or older.
Physical Requirements:
Prolonged periods of standing, walking, and exposure to kitchen equipment.
Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
Irregular and extended hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.
While performing the duties of this job, the colleague is occasionally exposed to moving mechanical parts and outside weather conditions.
The noise level in the work environment is usually loud.
Frequent visual/auditory attention.
