We welcome you to join our family! We are seeking a full-time Membership Development Executive!
Job Summary: Develops and maintains relationships with both potential and current members. Actively focuses upon recruiting new members by prospecting, contacting, visiting, building relationships, and hosting candidates through the onboarding processes. In addition, will perform various duties as assigned by the Director of Membership.
Essential Functions:
- Implements strategies and measures for success in achieving desired results.
- Builds relationships with member candidates.
- Engages in efforts to develop a sustainable source of prospective members by identifying and recruiting high quality and qualified membership candidates.
- Tours prospective members, hosts open house events, processes all applications for memberships, remains engaged throughout enrollment process and engagement processes.
- Provides progress reports on a weekly and monthly basis.
- Serves as an ambassador of the club to welcome members, prospects and guests at club and industry events, and community affairs.
- Manages CRM for all prospects to help build and maintain a pipeline
- Interacts with all members, especially those in their first two years of membership, to engage them with the goal of long-term retention
Qualifications:
- Self-starter, excellent communication skills, personable, well-organized and committed
- Basic understanding of CRM database systems and prospective management including tracking and reporting
- Ability to work flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends for club events as needed
- Prior Club/Membership experience is a plus
