We are seeking an enthusiastic seasonal Parent-Child Swim Coach to join our West team for the 2025 Summer Swim Season with an emphasis on safety, confidence in the water, improving skills, and having FUN! The summer swim season will end in mid-July.
Parent Child Swim Coach Responsibilities:
Conducts structured and organized weekly practice/classes with parents and children ages 2-3 years focused on skills such as floating, blowing bubbles, putting face in the water, kicking, entering and exiting the pool. Creates an engaging environment with music, games, and pool toys.
Provides a safe aquatic environment for members.
Provide the opportunity to practice independent swimming when ready.
Parent Child Swim Coach Qualifications:
· Excellent guest service skills
· Energetic and passionate about swimming
· Reliable; excellent communication skills
· Previous experience working with young children and parents
· Previous swim lesson experience
· Available Saturday mornings; opportunities for additional hours & private lessons available for the right candidate
