What are the responsibilities and job description for the Human Resources Coordinator/Recruiter position at MISSOURI HIGHLANDS HEALTH CARE?
The Recruiter will research, develop, and implement effective recruiting and staffing strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified and capable talent for the organization.
Duties/Responsibilities:
· Screens applications and selects qualified candidates.
· Creates job offers and handles start dates of new employees.
· Performs reference checks.
· Creates and communicates no hire letters.
· Monitors FTE requests.
· Schedules and performs interviews; oversees preparation of interview questions and other hiring and selection materials.
· Assists with provider recruitment and interviews.
· Participates in job fairs, recruitment sessions, and outreach.
· Maintains job postings and advertisements on multiple platforms.
· Responsible for student rotations.
· Develops, facilitates, and implements all phases of the recruitment process.
· Identifies and implements efficient and effective recruiting methods and strategies based on the available role, industry standards, and the needs of the organization.
· Collaborates with the hiring manager and/or other human resource staff during the offer process, identifying and recommending salary ranges, credentialing, start dates, and other pertinent details.
· Maintaining ongoing relationships with potential candidates for future openings, keeping records of potential candidates for future reference, including a pipeline of passive candidates. Tracks past interviews and applicants.
· Serving as a key resource for possible candidates and recruiters and positively representing the MHHC brand.
· Being well-versed in benefit options, company needs, and the organization to accurately portray the advantages of working at MHHC.
· Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and company policies.
· Maintain liaison with Human Resources and other appropriate offices and departments to respond to personnel problems, issues, and special requests and to facilitate personnel actions.
· Performs other duties as assigned.

· Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
· Familiarity with laws, regulations, and best practices applicable to hiring and recruitment.
· Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
· Possesses Organization knowledge; is well-versed in MHHC’s history and culture.
Education and Experience:
· High school diploma required.
· An associate degree in Business Management, or Human Resources is preferred.
· At least one year of the recruitment and hiring process is highly preferred.
· 1-3 experience in Human Resources is preferred.
Physical Requirements:
· Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
· Must be able to lift to 15 pounds at times.
