Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Controller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of financial management. This role requires a strong understanding of general ledger accounting and adherence to GAAP standards. The Controller will play a critical role in ensuring the financial health of the organization while providing strategic insights to support decision-making.
Duties
- Manage the overall financial operations, including general ledger accounting and double entry bookkeeping.
- Oversee cash management processes to maintain optimal liquidity levels.
- Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to senior management.
- Develop and implement internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure accuracy in financial reporting.
- Collaborate with other departments to provide financial insights that support operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting; CPA or equivalent certification preferred.
- Proven experience in manufacturing accounting is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of cash management principles and practices.
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $95,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
