We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as an Operations Support Technician II. This position is crucial for providing technical support for outreach and business support activities of the Critical Minerals & Materials for Advanced Energy Tech Hub.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for:

Website Administration
- Managing and maintaining the Hub's website, including content updates, theme customization, and plugin integration to ensure optimal functionality

Conference Registration Management
- Organizing and managing conference setups, including handling logistics, technical requirements, and coordination with vendors and participants to ensure smooth execution of events

Other Duties as Assigned
- Assisting with various tasks as needed to support the team's outreach and business activities
Minimum Qualifications
A high school diploma and at least 1 year of experience from which comparable knowledge and skills can be acquired is necessary
Preferred Qualifications
- WordPress Proficiency
- Experience with WordPress, including content management, theme customization, and plugin integration to maintain and enhance website functionality

Conference Setup Experience
- Proven ability to organize and manage conference setups, including logistics, technical requirements, and coordination with vendors and participants to ensure smooth execution of events
- Knowledge of mining industry and research
Anticipated Hiring Range
The anticipated hiring range for this position has been established as $17.75 hourly.
Salary is determined by a variety of factors, including but not limited to, the individual’s particular combination of education, skills, and experience, as well as organizational requirements.
