This position leads the business services of the IT organization at S&T and the BPM12004 process support for all technology acquisitions all departments across S&T campus.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create financial structure to develop, maintain, and track zero-based budget
- Develop, maintain, and track activity-based costing for chargeback models to establish service costs
- Develop, maintain, and track financial reporting by area, activity, service, and consuming organization
- Identify, apply, and track appropriate grant applications for funding information technology investment
- Lead all IT procurement function
- Lead all technology license and seat management functions for S&T campus, including hardware, software, and services; this includes provisioning, tracking, and reclamation
- Lead BPM12004 process for all technology acquisitions across S&T
- Supervise business services teams
A Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience and at least 6 years of experience from which comparable knowledge and skills can be acquired is necessary
- Experience with zero-based budgeting, chargeback, showback, cost allocation, activity based costing.
- Equivalent combination of education and experience and at least 10 years of experience from which comparable knowledge and skills can be acquired.
- Experience with zero-based budgeting
- Experience with cash-flow management
- Experience with activity-based costing
- Experience with charge-back, showback, and cost allocation
- Experience with executive reporting and presentations
- Strong financial analysis skills
- Preference includes skills with reporting analytics

The anticipated hiring range for this position has been established as $68,200 to $100,027 annually.
Salary is determined by a variety of factors, including but not limited to, the individual's particular combination of education, skills, and experience, as well as organizational requirements.
