Job Summary
The Program Assistant will be responsible to develop and implement programs and service for the MSWU student body, including staffing the Campus Cupboard, assisting with publicity and marketing, assisting with retention outreach, and engaging with the student body and visitors.
Essential Duties
- Answer phone calls, greet customers / students, ensure the office is functioning properly, and provide office resources.
- Assist other students who visit the Campus Cupboard along with organizing and maintaining the food distribution processes on outgoing items on an excel spreadsheet and by keeping a tracking system of food items needed and checking for expiration dates.
- Students will be responsible for checking the daily email on the Student Affairs email, lost and found and CC google email and will respond as appropriate.
- They are also responsible for maintaining the Lost and Found items that are turned in and also help find lost items reported to the office.

Physical Demands
Light Work : Exerting up to 20 pounds of force occasionally, and / or up to 10 pounds of force frequently, and / or a negligible amount of force constantly to move objects.
