We’re currently seeking an IT Support Tech to join our team!
The Information Technology (IT) Support Tech, located at Headquarters near downtown Tucson, is responsible for assisting with the technology, maintenance, networking, security, and overall IT stability of the organization. We are looking for a highly motivated individual who will build rapport with customers, solve problems, and enjoy learning in a dynamic environment.
What you will do:
Provide world-class technical support for our Tucson Headquarters and remote staff
Resolve desktop, laptop and application issues submitted via service desk
Build and configure systems, set up email, install software
Work independently, taking ownership of issues and escalating when needed
Monitor data backups and system alerts/logs
Create documentation and user guides
Up to 25% travel is required
Performs onsite installation of IT equipment (desktop, routers, kiosks, IT Cabinets, etc)
Provides onsite and remote technical support to all stores
Contributes to ongoing efforts to improve policies and procedures
Completes projects assigned, including but not limited to in house equipment setup, site requests, writing of product documentation, and testing of equipment.
Performs other duties as assigned
