We are a quickly growing property management firm specializing in the care of luxury residences for ultra-high net worth individuals. We are looking for a motivated, energetic team-player willing to roll up their sleeves and do anything it takes to provide the best quality service to each and every one of our clients. If you have a background in property or hotel management, strong attention to detail, a dedicated work ethic and a team mentality, we would love to meet you.

Job Responsibilities:

Because you’ll have the opportunity to work with multiple properties, no two days will be exactly alike! We provide the highest level of service to our homeowner clients, which means we work hard to both maintain their home properly and fulfill their personal and lifestyle requests as needed. Your job will consist of, but not be limited to, the following tasks:

• Perform regular property checks using our proprietary checklist
• Communicate all property updates, changes and needs to the Senior Estate Manager(s)
• Manage on-site vendors for all maintenance and client-requested property updates
• Assist in executing all pre-arrival and post-departure tasks for the properties in your portfolio
• Properly maintain household inventories
• Maintain accurate records of all updates and work done on site
• Be available on-call for as-needed requests or service needs
• Uphold company standards of discretion and confidentiality
• Client-demanding job: must be available on weekends to respond to client requests, texts, or emails.
  
  

Job Qualifications:

• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• The ability to work within a team
• A meticulous attention to detail
• A “never say no” attitude that lets you creatively solve any problem
• A solid knowledge of basic computer programs and productivity apps (e.g. Google Apps)
