Job Description:
As a Customer Engagement Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers, playing a crucial role in enhancing their experience with our brand. This position requires a unique blend of problem-solving skills, effective listening, and outstanding interpersonal abilities. You will not only assist customers with their inquiries but also identify opportunities to sell our products and services, ensuring that every interaction is both helpful and engaging.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional service by actively listening to customers’ needs and addressing their concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Demonstrate strong analytical skills to identify issues and offer effective solutions, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Utilize your persuasive abilities to promote and sell our products, enhancing customer relationships while meeting sales targets.
-Efficiently and effectively manage a high volume of inbound/outbound calls.
- Exceed customer expectations by providing personalized service and support, fostering loyalty and trust.
-Regular, consistent, and punctual attendance.
-The ability to consistently achieve daily performance targets.
-Must be available to work weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as needed.
Qualifications:
-The ability to sit for long periods of time.
-Work onsite in our call center.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
- Comfort with a fast-paced environment and multitasking.
-Open availability from 7am-7pm.
-Must be available to work 1 Saturday per month and some holidays.
-Strong listening skills.
- Ability to connect with people and build rapport quickly.
- A positive attitude and a commitment to excellence.
-Previous experience in dispatch is a plus!

Pay: Up to $25.00 per hour
