Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning and detailing of vehicles, both interior and exterior.
- Conduct car wash services, including hand washing, waxing, and buffing.
- Utilize custodial skills to maintain cleanliness and organization of detailing equipment and supplies.
- Drive to various locations to provide mobile detailing services, ensuring timely arrival at appointments.
- Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and provide recommendations for services.
- Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor while representing the company.
Requirements
- Proven experience in customer service with strong interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with custodial tasks related to vehicle cleaning and maintenance.
- Experience in buffing and polishing vehicles is preferred.
- Knowledge of car wash techniques and products used in detailing.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
