MIT BOOTCAMPS DIRECTOR, MIT Open Learning, to report to MIT’s Dean of Digital Learning and serve in a leadership and innovation role as MIT Bootcamp’s senior-most officer. MIT Bootcamps is an educational program providing innovation and entrepreneurship training to entrepreneurs from around the world through intensive, project-based bootcamps. The mission of MIT Bootcamps is to give its participants an enduring confidence to pursue and realize their entrepreneurial dreams.

Job Requirements
REQUIRED: bachelor’s degree; at least seven years of administration experience; entrepreneurship experience, whether as a founder in a startup setting or project owner in a corporate innovation setting; sales, fundraising, or business development experience that includes a successful track record of selling new products or fundraising for new initiatives; experience collaborating as an integral member of a team designing a new product or service; experience building new teams; experience teaching. PREFERRED: master’s degree in business, international development, or education; marketing or branding experience; experience working internationally; knowledge of a foreign language; and experience studying abroad.
