Sales Support Rep

The Sales Support Representative is responsible for supporting the sales team by assisting with customer outreach, lead generation, and maintaining relationships with existing clients. They will work under the guidance of Sales Directors to achieve individual and team sales targets. The role involves proactive communication with potential customers, handling inquiries, and ensuring high-quality customer service.

Primary Responsibilities

• Prospect and generate new sales leads through cold calling, email outreach, and networking.
• Greeting visitors/customers.
• Assist in preparing and delivering quotes, proposals, and contracts.
• Utilize CRM software to track leads, sales activities, and customer information.
• Manage and maintain relationships with current clients, ensuring satisfaction and encouraging repeat business.
• Qualify inbound leads and determine the best solution for prospective customers.
• Fulfilling customer orders.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in inside sales, telemarketing, or customer service.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and sales tracking software.
• Ability to handle objections and negotiate effectively.
• Knowledge of the [aircraft/parts] is a plus.
• Valid Illinois driver’s license.

Experience preferred

Customer Service, General knowledge of computers.
