CDL CLASS A SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE FLEX DELIVERY DRIVER
Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused CDL Class A Service Representative Delivery Driver to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering products to customers in a timely and professional manner, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining accurate delivery records.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensuring products are safely and securely loaded onto the delivery vehicle.
- Merchandise and stock the accounts.
- Following delivery routes and schedules to ensure timely deliveries.
- Providing excellent customer service during product drop-offs, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Collecting payments from customers for delivered products.
- Handling product returns and exchanges as needed.
- Maintaining delivery vehicle cleanliness and performing routine vehicle maintenance.
- Communicating with customers and internal team members to coordinate deliveries and address any delivery-related issues.
- Perform all other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid Driver's License (Class A) and clean driving record.
- Previous experience in customer service or delivery role preferred.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, customer-focused attitude.
- Ability to lift and move heavy items as needed.
- Knowledge of local roads and routes.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
