The Advanced Training Integrator position requires a mix of project management and requirement development skills to maintain and sustain the 392 CTS's ability to operate the Battlelab. The 392 CTS Battlelab supports USSF service exercises and mission-focused training events and includes the stand-alone Space Warfighter Operational Readiness Domain / Space Wargaming Analysis, Readiness and Mission-Planner (SWORD / SWARM) system, a JWICS-based Systems Toolkit (STK) M&S capability, and other current and emerging M&S capabilities. This position is at Schriever Space Force Base, CO, and requires on-site support.PRIMARY DUTIES : Collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners, including government stakeholders, to gather, document, and manage Battlelab requirements Identify, manage, and mitigate potential risks to the ability to operate the 392 CTS Battelab. Maintain detailed records of Battlelab processes, including updates, challenges, and resolutions of Battlelab operations, to enable continuous review and improvement of Battlelab capability. Identify and recommend solutions to gaps and shortfalls in Battlelab-associated M&S tools. Participate in USSF exercise planning, execution, and assessment events (e.g., planning conferences, Rehearsal of Concept (ROC) drills, Exercise Control Group (ECG), and White Cell) for 392 CTS-hosted exercises and mission-focused events. Capture, analyze, and report observations and lessons learned identified during the design, planning, and execution of 392 CTS-hosted exercises and mission-focused events. Support hot wash debriefs and After Action Report development for applicable exercises or mission-focused events. Provide Battlelab subject matter expert (SME) support during 392 CTS M&S-related technical interchange meetings (TIM), in-progress reviews, and programmatic-level meetings related to 392 CTS-sponsored USSF exercises and mission-focused events. Develop schedules, plans, and briefings; coordinate and monitor activities; and report on those activities through trip reports, briefings, meeting minutes, point papers, quad charts, etc. Attend weekly organizational meetings, as necessary, to maintain awareness of the 392 CTS leadership priorities, tasks, and issues. Carry out tasks as directed by contract leadership required to ensure 392 CTS mission success. REQUIREMENTS : Experience working in DoD or National space organizations. Experience applying project management processes to create and manage project plans, resulting in timely delivery of project milestones across interrelated efforts. Experience planning and overseeing technical events, such as DoD or IC exercise planning conferences, technical working groups, or other multi-stakeholder professional events. Experience gathering and analyzing technical data for DoD agencies to assist with resource allocation. This position requires limited travel (3-4 weeks / year). PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS : PMP certification or a Certificate of Project Management from an accredited institution. Experience managing projects from initial design to completion. Experience participating in Space Flag exercises. Previous experience designing, planning, preparing, executing, and / or evaluating United States Space Force (USSF) / United States Air Force (USAF) space capabilities in Service, Joint Chiefs of Staff (JCS) or Combatant Command (CCMD) exercises. RELEVANT EXPERIENCE : 10 years working in or for DoD organizations.
