Human Resources Generalist is a Full-Time position (1.0 FTE) working Monday - Friday. This position will allow for growth opportunities within the HR department.
Pay is based on previous experience. Full benefits available including IPERS.
POSITION QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, or healthcare administration is preferred. One year experience working in human resources required and in healthcare is preferred. SHRM certification not required but preferable.

Attention to detail is a must, have excellent organizational skills and be able to multi-task on a daily basis.
Must have the utmost respect for confidentiality of information.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Serves as Employee Benefits Coordinator meeting with employees to discuss benefit options. Coordinates benefit changes and research answers to benefit related inquiries. Works with benefit broker.
Assists in posting job orders, interview process, along with full onboarding process of new employees including but not limited to pre-employment appointments, new hire paperwork, background check processing, orientation and obtaining computer access.
