About the Role:

Location: Onalaska, WI 54650
Salary: $70,000 - $90,000 per year
Job Type: Flexible schedule available

As a Holistic Health Practitioner at Mitchell Holistic Health, you'll have the chance to directly impact your clients' health by offering whole-person care. Key responsibilities will include:

• Client Consultations: Conduct one-on-one evaluations to assess client needs, health goals, and concerns.
• Developing Care Plans: Provide dietary, lifestyle, and wellness recommendations to help clients reach optimal health.
• Collaborative Approach: Work alongside a multidisciplinary team of health professionals to ensure a holistic, supportive care plan for every client.
• Community Outreach: Engage in wellness initiatives like workshops, webinars, and video content to promote holistic health within the community.
• Ongoing Learning: Participate in professional development meetings to stay current and contribute to the team’s growth.

Qualifications:

We’re looking for a motivated and experienced Holistic Health Practitioner who is passionate about supporting clients' health journeys. To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A BA/BS degree and certificate in functional medicine or holistic health/nutrition is the minimum educational requirement.
• Experience working in functional medicine, holistic health, and/or homeopathy is essential.
• Additional training or certifications in functional medicine, holistic health, herbal medicine, or related fields that support your holistic approach is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with clients and team members.
• A growth mindset and passion for ongoing learning in the holistic health field.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
