Client Care Manager - Position Details :
Schedule : Part-time, 20-25 hours / week
Office Hours : Mon - Thurs 9AM - 6PM, Fri 9AM - 4PM
Wage : $18-20 / per hour / DOE
Location : Onalaska, WI
Key Responsibilities :
This is a fast-paced and multifaceted role that requires exceptional organizational skills and a passion for delivering outstanding client care. Responsibilities include :
- Acting as the first point of contact for clients : scheduling appointments, managing check-ins / check-outs, handling phone calls and messages, and handling payments.
- Ensuring the day-to-day operations run smoothly by managing administrative duties such as organizing and maintaining client files, responding to inquiries, and preparing for client visits.
- Balancing multiple tasks, such as client communication, appointment confirmations, and follow-ups, while maintaining a welcoming and professional demeanor.
- Managing inventory, placing orders, rotating stock, and mailing orders.
- Supporting practitioners by preparing materials for appointments and maintaining a clean, organized workspace.
- Continuously learning about the services, therapies, and products offered to confidently educate clients on wellness options and benefits.
- Assisting with light cleaning duties to uphold the practice's high standards for cleanliness and comfort.
