Description

• We are seeking an Application Support Analyst to manage and support a diverse portfolio of front-office applications.
• This role involves troubleshooting, diagnosing, and resolving issues while collaborating with internal teams to enhance system functionality.
• Responsibilities include managing user access, ensuring compliance with security standards, and maintaining comprehensive documentation for features and audits.
• Candidates should have a strong background in technical support and be adept at client onboarding into new systems within a financial services environment.
  
  

Required Skills

• 3-7 years of experience in technical support or application support.
• Expertise in diagnosing and solving technical problems.
• Experience with managing user access and system audits.
• Familiarity with banking or financial services applications.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting common data systems.
• Exposure to security protocols, such as SOC1 and SOC2.
• Basic knowledge of SQL and scripting languages like Python.

Compensation

Pay Range: $59-$80/Hr
