- 3-7 years of experience in technical support or application support.
- Expertise in diagnosing and solving technical problems.
- Experience with managing user access and system audits.
- Familiarity with banking or financial services applications.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting common data systems.
- Exposure to security protocols, such as SOC1 and SOC2.
- Basic knowledge of SQL and scripting languages like Python.
- Knowledge of market data and trading applications.
- Familiarity with IT security administration.
- Understanding of cloud-based identity systems.
