Description

• The Asset Management Operations Specialist I is responsible for handling daily administrative tasks to support remarketing and asset management activities.
• This role involves coordinating lease lifecycle processes, processing financial transactions, managing departmental correspondence, and handling overflow inquiries.
• The ideal candidate will ensure operational accuracy, compliance with service-level agreements, and efficient resolution of lease-related matters.
  
  

Required Skills

• 1-3 years of experience in an asset management or leasing environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in document processing and spreadsheet applications.
• Ability to reconcile financial transactions and research discrepancies.
• Experience managing inbound requests, processing quotes, and coordinating lease lifecycle tasks.
• Familiarity with administrative support functions, including handling correspondence and inventory reconciliation.
• Ability to handle high-volume inquiries and manage multiple priorities.

• Experience with workflow automation tools.

Compensation

Pay Range: $21.26-$30.38 Per HR
