Title: Director, AI Transformation
Location: Northeastern U.S. (Hybrid - 3 days onsite per week)
Description
We are seeking a Director, AI Transformation to lead the development and execution of AI strategies across business operations and client service delivery. This role will drive AI adoption, manage risk, and ensure alignment between AI initiatives and organizational objectives. The ideal candidate will have expertise in AI implementation, risk management, and change management, as well as the ability to foster collaboration across technical and business teams.
Responsibilities
Lead enterprise-wide AI platform integration and deployment.
Evaluate AI technology adoption from a business risk perspective.
Monitor AI trends and assess their impact on business operations and client services.
Develop structured AI adoption strategies to optimize internal workflows and enhance client engagement.
Serve as a cross-functional liaison between business, technology, and client-facing teams.
Establish governance frameworks for AI implementation and risk mitigation.
Identify and escalate critical system components requiring monitoring.
Provide transparency in AI strategy execution through regular status updates and risk assessments.
Required Skills
7 years of experience in AI implementation or a related field.
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline.
Experience deploying AI platforms in an enterprise environment.
Proficiency in AI tools and platforms, including generative AI applications.
Strong track record in technology change management and business transformation.
Excellent communication and leadership skills, with experience presenting to senior executives.
Deep understanding of risk management, legal considerations, and compliance in AI adoption.
Ability to translate complex technical concepts for a broad audience.
Strong problem-solving skills and a collaborative mindset.
Desired Skills
Experience in marketing, advertising, or a related industry with an understanding of client services.
Background in information security, IT operations, or technology portfolio management.
Familiarity with AI-driven content creation and campaign development.
Advanced degree in a technology-related field or business administration.
