The HRIS Analyst will be responsible for managing and optimizing HR systems, ensuring accurate data management, and supporting HR technology implementations. This role involves maintaining HR databases, troubleshooting system issues, and collaborating with stakeholders to enhance HRIS functionality. The ideal candidate will have experience with HR systems, data management, and process optimization.
Responsibilities
Manage and maintain HRIS databases, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
Support HRIS implementations and system upgrades.
Analyze HR processes and recommend improvements for system efficiency.
Develop reports and dashboards using HRIS tools.
Provide technical support and troubleshooting for HR systems.
Collaborate with HR, IT, and other departments to ensure seamless HRIS functionality.
Ensure compliance with data security and privacy standards.
Required Skills
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Human Resources, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
3-5 years of experience working with HRIS platforms.
Strong understanding of HR processes, data structures, and system functions.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Experience with HRIS platforms such as UKG (Ultimate Software) or SAP SuccessFactors.
Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
Desired Skills
HR systems implementation experience.
PHR/SPHR certification preferred.
Experience in project-based HRIS activities.
Familiarity with HR compliance and reporting requirements.
