Description

• The IT Support Coordinator is responsible for ensuring the smooth coordination and handling of IT-related events, particularly within a live technical environment.
• This role involves monitoring and resolving incidents efficiently while maintaining high levels of user satisfaction.
• The selected candidate will interact with end-users to gather necessary information, provide troubleshooting assistance, and prioritize service requests.
• Additionally, this position involves collaboration with multiple teams to address service needs and contribute to ongoing improvement initiatives.
  
  

Required Skills

• Experience coordinating IT support operations, including incident resolution and prioritization.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to relay technical information and provide user support effectively.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Familiarity with IT service management tools, such as ticketing systems, is beneficial.

• Degree in a relevant technical field or equivalent work experience.
• Prior experience in IT dispatch, coordination, or technical support roles.

Compensation

Pay Range: $25/Hr
