Description
- The Manager of Corporate Accounts is responsible for managing and expanding sales across a portfolio of assigned enterprise clients.
- This role encompasses the promotion and sale of diagnostic solutions, including both automated and manual systems, to large-scale laboratory and life sciences organizations.
- The individual will foster strong client relationships, drive contract development with leadership input, and maintain high standards of client service and satisfaction.
- Responsibilities also include hitting sales targets, providing sales forecasting, and gathering relevant market insights.
- Strong foundation in formal sales training
- Demonstrated success in managing enterprise-level accounts, especially within life sciences or healthcare industries
- Understanding of the clinical research environment and related diagnostic tools
- Ability to articulate scientific concepts related to laboratory testing
- Willingness to travel up to 50% based on the assigned territory
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to engage stakeholders at all organizational levels
- Outstanding customer service orientation and responsiveness
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
- Proficient with general office software applications
- Prior experience in life sciences or diagnostics sales
- Knowledge of clinical testing methodologies and related services
- Experience using CRM platforms such as Salesforce
- Proven ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams
