Behavioral Health Clinic Program Supervisor Position Available in CT! No Weekends!
A well-known, accredited behavioral health clinic in CT is seeking a full-time licensed clinician to lead their Outpatient Program as the Program Supervisor.

Job Duties:
Responsible for the management and clinical oversight of the Outpatient Program.
Manage and coordinate activities of all clinic staff members to meet the needs of clients.
Provide Clinical Supervision and complete Performance Appraisals.
Manage a caseload of up to 10 clients.
Assist in maintaining licensing and accreditation.
Ensure that staff members complete all mandated training and development.
Report clinic results to senior management and funding sources.
Maintain contacts with external referral sources.
Participate in internal and external committees.
Participate in the preparation of proposals and grant applications.
Review the clinic's budgets and financial performance.
Qualifications:
Connecticut State LCSW, LMFT, LADC or LPC.
Master's Degree in a Human Services field.
Five years of supervisory experience with adult outpatient behavioral health services.
Experience in CSSD funded programs is preferred.
Knowledge of Billing Requirements, Quality Improvement, Electronic Healthcare Records, and Microsoft Office Suite.
Valid Driver’s License.
