Responsibilities:
* Manage a diverse sales portfolio, emphasizing new client acquisition and business expansion.
* Drive revenue growth through strategic lead generation, relationship management, and business development.
* Leverage partnerships to create business opportunities and collaborate with business development teams for outbound initiatives.
* Utilize consultative sales methodologies to create tailored client solutions.
* Work alongside marketing teams to align campaigns with business objectives.
* Build and maintain relationships with key partners and stakeholders to enhance market presence.
* Contribute to the development of sales strategy and operations to align with organizational goals.

Required Skills:
* Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Sales, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred).
* 8 years of experience in B2B solution-based sales, focusing on technology-driven solutions.
* Experience in consulting and intelligent automation solutions.
* Proven success in sales execution, consultative selling, and strategic account management.
* Deep knowledge of sales operations, from lead generation to closing deals.
* Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills for influencing senior stakeholders.
* Project management experience, successfully leading multi-faceted campaigns.
* Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to identify and develop new business opportunities.
* Extensive industry network and understanding of the competitive landscape within technology services.

Compensation:
Pay Range: $133000K-$190000K
