Description
- We are seeking a results-driven Senior Growth Manager to develop and execute business expansion strategies.
- This role focuses on customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth by implementing high-impact marketing and sales initiatives.
- The ideal candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams and senior leadership to drive profitability, scalability, and long-term success.
- Manage a diverse sales portfolio, emphasizing new client acquisition and business expansion.
- Drive revenue growth through strategic lead generation, relationship management, and business development.
- Leverage partnerships to create business opportunities and collaborate with business development teams for outbound initiatives.
- Utilize consultative sales methodologies to create tailored client solutions.
- Work alongside marketing teams to align campaigns with business objectives.
- Build and maintain relationships with key partners and stakeholders to enhance market presence.
- Contribute to the development of sales strategy and operations to align with organizational goals.
- Analyze market trends and performance metrics to refine growth strategies and improve efficiencies.
- Lead and mentor junior team members to foster a high-performance culture.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Sales, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred).
- 8 years of experience in B2B solution-based sales, focusing on technology-driven solutions.
- Experience in consulting and intelligent automation solutions.
- Proven success in sales execution, consultative selling, and strategic account management.
- Deep knowledge of sales operations, from lead generation to closing deals.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills for influencing senior stakeholders.
- Project management experience, successfully leading multi-faceted campaigns.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to identify and develop new business opportunities.
- Extensive industry network and understanding of the competitive landscape within technology services.
- Experience with digital transformation strategies and enterprise technology solutions.
- Familiarity with automation tools and cloud-based business solutions.
- Ability to develop and implement data-driven sales strategies.
