Title: Senior Network Administrator
Location: Midwest Region (Hybrid)
Schedule: 4 days onsite & 1 day working remote
Description
We are seeking a Senior Network Administrator to support and maintain IT infrastructure within an enterprise environment. This role is responsible for ensuring stable system operations, developing technical solutions, and maintaining high availability for business systems. The position will collaborate with IT leadership and internal teams to implement infrastructure strategies, troubleshoot issues, and manage various hardware and software components.
Required Skills
Extensive experience in network administration and IT infrastructure support.
Proficiency in virtualization platforms and server management.
Experience managing directory services, policy enforcement, and user account management.
Strong knowledge of system security, patch management, and software deployment.
Familiarity with cloud-based collaboration tools and mobile device support.
Ability to maintain, troubleshoot, and configure network devices and telecommunications systems.
Strong communication skills and ability to work independently or collaboratively.
Desired Skills
Experience with telecommunications and voice over IP (VOIP) systems.
Knowledge of backup management solutions.
Familiarity with manufacturing or industrial IT systems.
Experience configuring switches and managing firewalls.
Professional training or industry certifications are a plus.
