Description:
* We are seeking a seasoned Senior Operations Analyst for a 6-month contract to enhance and streamline operational processes.
* This position focuses on optimizing Source-to-Pay (S2P) procedures, providing strategic insights, and supporting complex business operations.
* The analyst will act as a subject matter expert (SME) for operational technologies, oversee project management tasks, and contribute to process improvements through documentation and strategic recommendations.
* The ideal candidate will have a strong operational or consulting background and critical thinking skills to analyze and implement effective solutions.

Required Skills:
* 5-7 years of experience in a similar operational or analytical role.
* Proven project management capabilities with a history of delivering results.
* Extensive expertise in operational technology platforms.
* Strong analytical and strategic problem-solving skills.
* Proficiency in presentation tools and process documentation software.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Comprehensive knowledge of Source-to-Pay (S2P) processes.
* Experience analyzing data to extract actionable insights.
* Familiarity with strategic sourcing, risk management, and contract management.
* Skilled in developing and updating operational procedures and end-user documentation.

Desired Skills:
* Experience in advisory or leadership capacities.
* Proven ability to guide and mentor junior team members.
* Demonstrated expertise in managing large-scale, impactful projects.

Compensation:
Pay Range: $26.95-$38.50
